Cancelling or transfering participation 

You are allowed to sell your right to participate. The transfer is payable.

In the event of illness you may also transfer your participation to the next year by contacting post@kaldoaiviultratrail.fi. Participation fees are non-refundable.  

Serial changes and transfers free of charge until 7th July, 2027.

Changes and transfers after 7/7/2027 30% of the registration fee according to the latest price scale. Competitor transports do not carry over to the next year.

All transfers must be made or notified no later than Wednesday 21th July 2027 at 10:00am. 

Late registrations + €20.
