The Midnight Sun Hundred!

An epic midnight sun adventure through the Kaldoaivi wilderness!

The route starts from Pulmankijärvi and heads straight into the vast Kaldoaivi wilderness.

This continuous 109 km wilderness special stage offers stunning and varied terrain. The course features demanding fell climbs and fast descents. The route is mostly old ATV track with a gravel surface, including rocky and marshy sections. Along the way, the course crosses three larger streams where water is flowing and rocks are slippery, as well as numerous smaller creeks.

In the latter part of the course, the route passes through the Skalluvaara reindeer separation area — a truly unique and impressive sight.

Towards the finish, a thrilling descent leads down from Ailigas. The finish line is located at the Utsjoki Leisure Centre.

There are no fixed service (LVI) points on the course — this is a true wilderness experience!

Participants will be equipped with GPS tracking.

Transport from Utsjoki or Nuorgam is included in the entry fee.

Skalluvaara ~96 km / Saturday 16:00 (20 hours)
